The fundamental building blocks of our superior pultruded FRP profiles are carefully chosen resin and high-quality glass fiber, which includes cloth, felt, and more. This composite material is further strengthened with a variety of fibers such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, along with both metal and non-metal fibers. The matrix of these components is primarily bound by epoxy resin, polyester resin, and phenolic resin, creating a formidable and cohesive material.
In addition to the primary materials, our FRP profiles are enhanced with essential auxiliary materials such as release agents, curing agents, catalysts, sealing agents, and UV light stabilizers, along with cleaning water and gelcoat. As the reinforcements immerse in the resin mixture within the resin bath, they are carefully encased in a surfacing veil. This expertly wrapped package is then guided into a preformer that skillfully shapes it into the precise configuration to seamlessly enter the heated die for curing. The die is meticulously crafted to match the exact specifications of the final part desired. Upon exiting the die, the part is impressively over 90% cured and solidified. The required length is then precisely guided through a cutoff saw, culminating in the completion of this efficient process.

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use.
