1. The internal diameter (or inner length x width) of the manhole cover must be equal to or larger than the designated wellhead size. Failing to meet this requirement significantly reduces the cover's load-bearing capacity.
2. During installation, ensure the joint surface between the well seat and the concrete ground is tight, with no suspended areas. This prevents potential damage caused by road rollers during construction, thereby extending the cover's service life.
3. When installing manhole covers on asphalt pavement, it is essential to prevent direct compaction of the manhole seat by construction machinery. During road construction, a hole slightly larger than the well seat should be prepared in the road surface, allowing the cover to be placed only after the asphalt has been properly laid.
