Based on the technical standards of composite material manhole covers, we have established the following installation guidelines:
1. The inner diameter (or inner length x width) of the manhole cover should be greater than or equal to the size of the reserved wellhead. Failure to meet this requirement can significantly compromise the bearing capacity.
2. During installation, the joint surface between the well seat and the concrete ground must be perfectly tight, with no suspended areas. Any gaps may result in the seat being crushed by road rollers during construction, potentially affecting its longevity.
3. When installing manhole covers on asphalt pavements, it is crucial to prevent construction machines from directly compacting the manhole seat. During road construction, ensure a hole slightly larger than the well seat is reserved on the road surface, placing the cover only after the asphalt has been laid.
