The matrix of these components is primarily bound by epoxy resin, polyester resin, and phenolic resin, creating a formidable and cohesive material.
In addition to the primary materials, our FRP profiles are enhanced with essential auxiliary materials such as release agents, curing agents, catalysts, sealing agents, and UV light stabilizers, along with cleaning water and gelcoat. Upon exiting the die, the part stands over 90% cured and solidified, showcasing its robust and high-quality construction. Once the required length of the part is achieved, it is seamlessly pulled through the cutoff saw, completing this highly efficient and innovative process.

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt.
