Product Description

Product Introduction

Hebei Richange Frp Products Co., Ltd proudly presents a diverse array of advanced FRP pultrusion profiles, including glass fiber reinforced plastic round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, bars, and I-beams. These profiles are tailored for a multitude of applications where durability and lightweight strength are paramount.
The fundamental building blocks of our superior pultruded FRP profiles are carefully chosen resin and high-quality glass fiber, which includes cloth, felt, and more. This composite material is further strengthened with a variety of fibers such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, along with both metal and non-metal fibers. The matrix of these components is primarily bound by epoxy resin, polyester resin, and phenolic resin, creating a formidable and cohesive material.
In addition to the primary materials, our FRP profiles are enhanced with essential auxiliary materials such as release agents, curing agents, catalysts, sealing agents, and UV light stabilizers, along with cleaning water and gelcoat. This composite formulation offers an impressive array of superior characteristics, including remarkable high-temperature resistance, exceptional strength, minimal specific gravity, low moisture absorption, minimal elongation, and outstanding insulation properties.

Production Process:

In the meticulous and innovative art of pultrusion, raw materials are seamlessly drawn through a heated steel forming die by an advanced continuous pulling mechanism. This transformative journey begins when the reinforcements are expertly immersed in a specially formulated resin mixture within the resin bath. The wetted reinforcement bundle is then elegantly enshrouded in a surfacing veil, preparing it for its sophisticated next phase. As it advances, this carefully assembled package enters a performer that gently and precisely shapes it, setting the stage for its entrance into the heated die-masterfully crafted to mirror the exact contours of the desired final part. As the material majestically emerges from the die, it is over 90% cured, boasting unrivaled solidity and enhanced strength for durability. It is then precisely measured and drawn through a cutting saw, culminating in a flawless and finely-tuned process.
