Installation Instruction:
In order to ensure the use of composite material manhole covers,great attention should be paid to installation quality,ensuring accu-rate dimensions,sturdy installtion,convenient opening,and clean and beautiful appearance.According to the technical standards of composite material manhole covers,the following installation rules are formulated:
1.The inner diameter (or inner length xwidth)of the manhole cover must be greater than or equal to the reserved wellhead size,oth- erwise it will greatly affect the bearing capacity.
2.During instlation,thejoint surface between the well eat and the concrete ground must be tight and there must be no suspended areas,otherwise it may be crushed by the road roller while constructing.Therefore,affect its service life.
3.When instaling manhole covers on asphalt pavement,itis important to avoid direct compaction of the manhole seat by construc- tion machines.During road construction,a hole slightly larger than the wellseat should be reserved in the road surface and then the cover should be placed after the asphalt has been laid.
